Access and site conditions
Please make sure our team has safe access to the work area at the agreed time, and let us know about any building or community rules that apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel a pending request from your dashboard. For confirmed visits, please contact us as early as possible.
Payment
Payment terms will be stated in your quote or confirmation.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may deactivate accounts that are misused.
